Portfolio Manager – Bracknell

Salary – £23,000 + £3000 Car Allowance

The Portfolio Manager will assist in the efficient running and development of the Private Rental department. You can expect to receive a salary of £23,000, a car allowance of £3,240, 25 days holiday and other excellent benefits.

The Role:

As part of your role as Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for maximising the overall performance, compliance record, income and profitability of the department.

Portfolio Manager Responsibilities Include:

Property viewings and visits
Signing up new tenants
Overseeing repairs and maintenance
Attending Corporate Client meetings to discuss letting’s strategies and reporting
Performance on void properties
General Administration

Our client is an established property management company operating throughout the country. The Bracknell office has a friendly team and a great office environment, training will be provided. Office hours are 9 am – 5:30 pm.
