Proven experience commercially delivering new build / refurbishment schemes with build values in excess of £10mThe Role
As a highly-skilled Project Commercial Manager you will be working on a £30m new build student accommodation scheme in Newcastle. Representing and working closely with the wider business, you will play an integral role as part of the senior management team to deliver projects that are in line with all scope milestones, increased profit margins and exceed all client specifications.
Prepare project report meetings
Enforce Health & Safety at all times
Subcontract and Design Procurement
Cash management and maximisation
The measurement and valuation of works
Hold negotiations for monthly sub-contract interim
Risk contingency planning and mitigation strategies
Responsible for the stringent cash management of the project
Represent a professional approach with the client to maximise turnover
Ensure all works completed are matching against the client specification
Providing up to date forecasting accounts to present with key stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring all Subcontract Orders are correct and timely issued
Responsible for the management and development of a team of a existing project commercial team
