Falcon Green is currently working with one of the largest main contractors in Europe, recruiting a Project Director for a large-scale Life Sciences project in Brussels valued at £100m.
The contractor is involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Technology, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial.
You will be working for a cutting edge, forward-thinking contractor that operates a diverse business model. With the order book complete for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Project Manager/Director to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Project Manager Requirements:
·Manage sub-contractors, engineering and operational staff and personnel on-site
·Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the commercial project team
·Carry out statutory workplace inspections
·Constantly reinforce the health & safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.
·Attend and chair weekly management meetings
·Report to the Contracts Manager to ensure the site programme meets the budget and commercial objectives
·Provide visible leadership and lead by example by managing the site team and supply chain
·Develop a specific programme for the project with planned milestones
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* A Trade Background and/or Degree Qualified and 5 – 10 years of Project Management or Project Director experience
* Proven record of supervising and involvement in large installation projects
* Experienced in design and build
* Good technical knowledge of both CSA/Building Services
* Ability to work well within strict deadlines
