As a highly experienced Project Manager you will be working on a £30m new build student accommodation scheme in Newcastle. You will interact with both construction professionals and the end client to ensure works are delivered to specification and in line with the programme without exceeding budget. Further to this, you will be organising and overseeing the site team and all construction procedures to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties

Progress reporting
Chair and attend site meetings
Conduct regular quality inspections
Carry out programme and budget evaluations
Liaising with the end client and key stakeholders
Management of onsite labour and subcontractors
Oversee and implement health & safety regulations
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
Liaise with the commercial team on estimating costs and timeframes
