Senior Project Manager

I am currently working with an excellent Thames Valley based regional contractor who have secured a new build £14m RC frame education scheme to start in quarter four this year in Richmond.

My client requires a project manager to take this scheme through final stages of procurement through to site and completion. The project has piled foundations, an RC frame, curtain walling and a complex fit out as this building is for a local university and will be an education facility.

The ideal candidate will have a main contracting background and must have run other schemes of a similar size previously. You will report to a visiting Operations Manager and you will be responsible for the site team, client interface, programme and timely delivery of this project.

In return my client is willing to offer an excellent salary and package circa £90 (car allowance included) and the opportunity to further progress. They also work on a regional basis essentially covering the Thames Valley and South West London.
