Project Manager – Facades
Our Client
Our client is a building envelopes contractor based in the Birmingham area. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a good knowledge of façade systems to join their growing team.
The Role
· Delivering high value projects
· Overall responsibility of the project
· Managing Site Manager’s and Engineers
· Oversee all works and run a clean and functioning site
· Liaising and constantly communicating with management and sub-contractors
The Candidate
· Must have a background within curtain walling and rainscreen cladding.
· Must have experience managing £1m+ facades projects
· Must have SMSTS
· Must be happy to travel
