Associ8solutions are currently supporting a hospitality organisation in their search to find a Property Project Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to manage new sites and refurbishments that will play a key part in our client’s growth. You will be responsible for a team of 6 and up to 20 new stores per year. You will need to ensure that relevant statutory compliance and legislative requirements are met, to promote a culture of risk awareness, to management budgets, to solve problems and lead a team/ manage all contractors whilst adhering to deadlines.
The successful candidate will have property project management experience within restaurants, café or food retail. You will need to have a can-do attitude and be able to hit the ground running. You will also need CDM safety qualification.
