Project Manager

I am currently working with one of the leading regional contractors in the South. They continue to secure more work for 2022 and have already exceeded their target for next year. Due to this continued success in both the competitive market and a number of negotiated schemes they require an experienced project manager to lead a scheme in Bournemouth which starts in early 2022.

The project itself is an £11m design and build care scheme for a repeat client. The scheme is traditional build and has an eighty five week programme.

You will lead the site team and report to a visiting contracts manager. You will ideally have worked on similar multi bed schemes potentially in the care, student accommodation, hotel sector etc.
