The Job
We are currently working with a national main contractor to recruit a No. 1 Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager for a new build high rise Student Accommodation scheme in Bristol City Centre.
This is a fantastic project with over 2 years of work on this scheme, with more building projects to follow in the area.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who wants to progress and build a career with this contractor. You must have experience in delivering high rise build to rent/PRS or student accommodation schemes.

CSCS Black
SMSTS
1st Aid
Roles & Responsibilities
* Overall project oversight and Management
* Procurement
* Sub Contractor oversight
* Management of the build programme
* Client liaison
* Directly report into the board
* Manage a team of Site and Package Managers
* Overall H&S
Salary Package
The salary is negotiable dependant on experience, however this comes with an impressive benefit package including car allowance & pension
