JOB TITLE: Project Manager – Facilities Management
LOCATION: Titchfield, Hampshire
RATE: £27.54 Per Hour (Umbrella)
HOURS: 40 Hours Per Week

THE CLIENT
My Hampshire based client is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their government sector fit-out projects team on an initial 6 month contract.

THE ROLE
* Liaison with clients, design teams and other professionals involved in the project to ensure all works are seamlessly integrated
* Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality
* Design Management
* Financial and Budget control
* Management of personnel, sub-contractors, and suppliers
* Developing and maintaining the overall project programme
* Project reporting

Key Requirements:
* Have a 'can-do' attitude that always delivers on time and to the highest quality
* Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans
* Excellent skills in communication & presentation
* Proficient at using Microsoft Office
* Accountable for all project documentation and the project lifecycle, reporting progress against milestones, changes and budgets
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in 'Fit-out' Project Management preferably in a Government environment however this is not essential
* Running large- and small-scale projects
* Have the ability and understanding to read technical drawings and implement requirements
* This role could involve short travel, when necessary.

* Fire Marshal certificate
* First Aid 3-day qualified
* PASMA Card
* CSCS skill card Holder
* Minimum IOSH Health and Safety Certificate
* Ideally NEBOSH Health and Safety Construction Certificate
* Compiling reviewing pre-construction information packs
* CDM Auditing duties
* Asbestos Awareness
* Competent using Microsoft Project
* SMSTS Qualified / Certificate
