One of the UK’s leading Construction Consultancies are on the search Project Managers at both Intermediate and Senior levels to join their Nottingham office. 


The client has a network of offices across the country and beyond. Their reputation in the market is unparralled and have some of the Midland’s highest profile developments in their portfolio and upcoming in their pipeline. They're involved in all sectors both the Property and Civil Infrastructure. With a strong track record of developing their employees to Director level positions.


The position is for a Project Manager at senior level to get involved in taking full responsibility of a large projects within the Midlands region. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion. At senior level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

Responsibilities will include:

New temporary and permanent service connections.

Disconnection of existing services.

Abandonment of existing utility apparatus.

Diversion of existing utility assets.

Protection of existing utility assets.

And involve:

Data collection and surveys.

Drawing development.


Design procurement and technical review.

Programme development and planning.

Monitoring and management of the delivery of our services against the programme.

Commercial review.

Utility asset construction methodology review.

On-site management of installation/surveys.


Stakeholder engagement management.

Method statement review and safety risk assessments.


The successful Project Manager must have:

At least 4 years experience working as a Project Manager and ideally on the Consultancy side
Experience of managing own projects
Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
A keenness for high-quality service delivery with a desire to seek and welcome performance feedback and correct shortfalls (personal and team)
Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
Knowledge of current trends, industry and technology with an openness for continued learning
