We are looking for the following:
Someone with project management experience in fit out or construction, if they have worked with retailers that would be preferred
Ability to manage both the onsite works and the financial control of the project
Ability to manage H&S onsite
Full UK driving licence and their own car
Willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally
Understanding that night work can be required on some project (by far the minority, but it does happen)
Excellent customer facing communication skills
Proficiency with IT
Other things which would be advantageous:
Professional qualifications in this area
SMSTS
Come from a site management background
We are looking to pay £40k to £45k for the role, plus a car allowance
