An award winning Kent main contractor is looking to develop its team by recruiting a Programme Manager / Project Programmer who is looking to develop their career.
Key responsibilities for a Project Programmer:
* Work with the Preconstruction team on tenders to develop the construction program
* Working with the design team on identifying areas of opportunity and risk
* Work with the site team adjust the contract program as required
* Manage the process –Ensure records are maintained
Experience we are looking for from our new Project Programmer:
* Worked for a main contractor new build & refurbishment projects
* Worked on a range of projects. EG: schools, commercial, leisure, luxury housing
* 3+ years experience
* Passion for construction
* Willingness to learn and improve
