Job Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location – Derby/work in the Midlands

Salary – £50-60k

The Role

We are looking for a Quantity surveyor to work on a residential project in the Derby and Midlands area. The key roles of the job role would be but not exclusive to;

* Calculating material quantities and costs

* Labour costs

* Project timeframe

* Writing reports detailing costs and progress.

Requirements

* Quantity Surveyor (6-10 years)
