My client is a trusted, long standing building company, providing residential refurbishments, renovations, new builds, extensions, and general maintenance. This company is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to their office team on a full time, permanent basis.
Role:
This is a slight dual role where you will be expected to carry out a mixture of Quantity Surveying duties and Estimating works. You will play a vital role in overseeing the projects carried out. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to work their way up the ladder into a managerial position.
Candidate:
* Relevant qualification (preferred)
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role
* Previous experience working within a similar company
* Confident communication skills on all levels
