We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & motivated Repairs Supervisor to join our Fortem team, based in Northamptonshire supporting a brand-new contract! This is a permanent position ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. This role is instrumental to the smooth running of this high-profile contract.
You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard, covering properties based in and around East Northamptonshire, Rutland & Peterborough.

As a Supervisor you will motivate, coach and retain tradespeople to ensure tradespeople are competent in their work and renowned for their level of commitment, capability and workmanship. You will be responsible for planning and organising your team to deliver outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.

• Good understanding of building maintenance
• IT literate
Full UK driving licence required
• Social Housing experience
• City and Guilds to appropriate level
