We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our very pro-active team based in Leeds.
The role is for a major direct contractor. The role will be covering the Leeds area working closely with site and contracts managers to ensure that tenants and clients are looked after, kept informed and to deal with any issues arising from the refurbishment works being undertaken to their properties.
Ensure that all communication is recorded and updated on a regular basis, assist with any special needs and requirements tenants may have and make necessary arrangements to accommodate.
The Resident Liaison Office will have a good understanding of the social housing environment and have held a similar role previously. A good understanding of the Microsoft office suite is require for management and site reporting.
