Location: Marchwood (SO40)
Position: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
Salary: £27,000 – £28,325 depending on experience
We are working with a well-established container storage company in Marchwood, looking to recruit a Sales and Hire Representative to work alongside their busy team to continue providing excellent service customers.
Duties will include, but not limited:
* Receipt of sales/ hire calls from new and existing clients, taking and processing orders
* Effectively deal with all customer queries on the telephone or over email
* Update and maintain all databases and Tcards boards with accurate costs and customer information, in line with company procedure
* Communicate effectively with the Transport Manager and other departments with regards to deliveries or collections to and from locations
Personal Specification:
* Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
* Previous experience working in a past paced environment
* Confident, bubbly personality with an excellent telephone manner
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Knowledge of Syrinx computer system is desirable, however training will be provided
