My client is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their ever growing team due to a high influx of projects. They are after someone who is able to manage one (or maybe two) project(s) from post tender stage through to completion. You will also be responsible for an Assistant Design Manager (project dependent).
There are a couple of projects in North West London and you should be open to travelling to site as often as it is required, although the company is favourable towards flexible working.
For this role, I am looking for someone who can/is:
Deliver projects independently
Prove to be a strong team player and a strong communicator
Willing to work from site – Majority of their projects are within Zone 2-5 but you must be flexible to work on projects within M25
Be a strong mentor for junior staff membersSalary is dependent on your experience and the package will include a bonus, travel to site, pension and many more.
