Location: Hybrid Working – 2/3 days on site a week – Hampshire / Berkshire

Key Accountabilities:

* Overall responsibility for M&E quantity surveying and commercial management of project finance performance, including:

* Preparing and Reviewing CVR’s

* preparing or assisting with final accounts

* loss and expense submissions

* monthly management accounts

* settlement of subcontractor accounts

* Understanding and negotiating contract terms for projects and mitigating risks

* Providing sound quantity surveying advice on commercial risk within the Mechanical & Electrical projects.

* Pre-Contract support – review and negotiate Terms & Conditions, assisting with Tenders, Bids and negotiations to manage and minimise risk in line with our Corporate Governance

* Ensuring timely issue and receipt of Valuations, Applications, Payment Notices along with critical focus on WIP, Debt and Cashflow

Experience Required:

* You will be an M&E Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor or Senior Projects Surveyor level

* degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying with demonstrable previous experience in the role

* Strong knowledge of Electrical Surveying, whether this is through formal qualifications or time served

* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated, good working attitude and a high level of professionalism
