My client a regional residential developer is seeking a highly experienced Senior QS to join their growing team. Responsible for up to 3 developments across Kent and working closely with a junior or assistant QS.
Reporting into the commercial director the ideal candidate will be have experience of working for a residential developer and be able to undertake their role competently and be fairly self-sufficient.
You will be responsible for:
– Management of project cashflow
– Variations
– Valuations
– BOQ's
– take offs
– Monthly report
– Attending project review meetings
– Approving Sub-contractor payments
Time-served or relevant academic qualification is expected for this position.
