Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am seeking a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a £40mil cut and carve refurbishment mixed use scheme (retail and commercial) in Central London (FoC – JCT D&B). This will be one of the most prominent, prestigious projects in London!

This is a great opportunity to work for a leading, top tier contractor with a great reputation, strong varied order book and a firm who offer plenty of career progression opportunities. This would suit a Senior QS that has run projects up to the value of £20mil that has worked for a top 20 main contractor.

Overseeing a Quantity Surveyor
Reporting into a Commercial Manager
Key contact for the client and PQS
Overseeing financial KPIs


Ideally a track record of running projects in excess of £20mil
Main contracting, stable background preferred – ideally with refurbishment experinece
Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
Stable, progressive CV
Project experience focused on the London region
