Our client is a market leading Developer within the residential sector and is currently working on a £20m residential development in Warrington. They currently have a commercial team on the project including a Managing QS and a Junior QS.
They are looking for an experineced Senior QS to join the team and lead the project to completion.
The successful applicant will have a portfolio of delivery on build schemes and ideally be locally based and happy to work on a project specific / freelance basis for the duration of the project for the next 12 months
