Senior Quantity Surveyor – £30mil London Residential Project

I am seeking a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a £30mil residential scheme in an affluent borough in Central London. The project has got letter of intent and starts on site in the coming months. It is a JCT D&B project with a key client who offer plenty of repeat business.

The Senior QS chosen for this project will be expected to be based on site 3/4 days a week but there is flexibility for them to work from home for 1/2 days. The contractor in question are a leading top 20 firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They have already secured their turnover for this year and 90% for 2023 so can pick and choose which work to take. They also have a big advantage over the competition that most of their work is negotiated and repeat business with a wide variety of clients.

Lead commercial role on a project
Overseeing a Quantity Surveyor & Trainee / Assistant QS
Reporting into a Commercial Manager
Key contact for the client and PQS
Overseeing financial KPIs

Ideally a track record of running projects in excess of £10mil
Main contracting background
Residential and commercial sector experience would be ideal!
Degree qualified (ideally construction related)
Stable, progressive CV
