* As a business, the contractor provides social housing new builds, with a great reputation for construction, this contractor can offer a permanent position for an experienced Senior Site Manager

The Role
* Working with your Contracts Manager and the assistant site manager, you will be on a development of new build houses
* You must be able to hit the ground running, with a minimum of 15 years of social housing new build experience
* The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, subcontractors, materials and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
* Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
* Production of weekly reports against forecast
* Providing a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures
Skills and relevant experience
* A strong background in completing new build social housing projects
* You will be looking to secure a permanent opportunity within a driven business and committed to achieving specific targets
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* Trade background or relevant degree qualifications (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 15 years management experience within construction
