Location – Maidstone

Salary – £65,000 – £75,000 + Car or Car allowance

Client: An award winning national Residential Developer renowned for excellent staff retention is looking for a Senior Site Manager to start in January 2022 / February 2022. The successful Senior Site Manager will report directly to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for a Site Manager and 2 Assistant Site Managers. You must have a strong permanent background, Freelance Managers will not be considered.


Ensuring project is delivered safely through effective planning & use of method and risk assessments
Main point of contact for Client, Sub-Contractors and Public.
Managing completion and the handover to the client
Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
Manage and maintain the project budgetary requirements
Ensuring sufficient resources are in place; while maintaining budget for successful completion of the project.
Providing regular progress updates to DirectorsRequirements

Previous experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager working for a Residential Developer
High volume residential experience
SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS is essential
Highly Organised
Good problem solvers
