An exciting new position has opened for a passionate Senior Planner to join a growing Planning Team at an award-winning architectural design practice in London!

About the Company

My client is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join their ever-growing design practice in London. The company specialises in mixed tenure developments with varying sizes and have found great success with each project. My client also has a passion for the community and environment, as they lead the market in sustainable design within residential, urban design and mixed-use sectors!

My client works alongside various clientele such as leading developers, housing associations, local authorities, and private clients. The company is a well-regarded employer who seriously care about the staff and boast a lively practice!

The Role

The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure. The Senior Planner candidate will support all members of the planning team in all aspects of business and will need to manage daily planning projects within the team and clientele. The Senior Planner will be required to prepare all facets of the planning process such as applications, appraisals and appeals.

Requirements:

RTPI Accredited degree
Member of/or working toward RTPI membership
Minimum of 2-3 years post-qualification experience
Strong understanding of planning regulations, practices, and procedures
Familiarity with the planning environment within London or South East
