Our client is a particularly impressive business to work for due to the value they place in their staff, the impressive schemes they deliver, and the long term progression they provide.
They are a tier 1 residential developer and deliver projects to the highest possible standards.
THE ROLE:
This opportunity is for an experienced Site Manager to come in and successfully deliver on a Major mix use residential scheme. The phase you will be involved in will consist of 490 apartments, 7 buildings, RC Frame up to 10 storeys with brick and cladding facade and resident facilities inculding gym, pool and spa.
A main contracting or developer background is required, with experience with RC Frame.
