Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager from a Joinery background to work on a shop fitting projects in Liverpool.

DAYS & NIGHTS AVAILABLE

This role will commence end of February 2022 and will last for 8 weeks.

This will be a hands on role, but the main duties will be overseeing a team of joiners / labour.

Responsibilities:

You will be undertaking and setting out duties
Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
Management of trades & labour on site
Holding site meetings
Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level

Requirements: 

Site management experience
Trade background
Attention to detail
Understand constructions methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
Demonstrate Strong communication skills
IT skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Joinery Background

Qualifications: 

SMSTS / SSSTS
CSCS CARD
First aid qualified
