Our Client
Our Client is a building envelopes contractor based in the Birmingham area. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a good knowledge of façade systems to join their growing team.
The Role
· Planning labour requirements
· Ensuring qualifications and quality of labour
· Ensuring project programmes are met
· Recording site events
· Monitoring labour cost
· Liaising with main contractors
· Assist with Method Statements and Risk Assessments
· Maintain site labour diary
· Toolbox talks
· Working UK wide
The Candidate
· Must have a background within curtain walling and rainscreen cladding.
· Must have experience at working on £1m+ facades projects
· Must have SMSTS
· Must be happy to travel
