James Gray Recruitment are delighted to be working with this award-winning housebuilder who have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their team based in the West of Scotland. This UK wide homebuilder continuously build beautiful, practical family homes with over 50 years of experience behind them. Building contemporary new builds with great attention to detail you would expect from a family-owned company.
The Site Manager will be supported by an experienced team on site which will include an Assistant Site Manager and Contracts Manager that you will be expected to report to throughout the development.
The fundamental tasks of the site manager will include:
·Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
·Assessing and minimizing risks.
·Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained.
·Managing the flow of materials to site.
·Ensuring the site operates to the highest standard of Health & Safety.
·Liaising with supply chain on site.
To be successful in this role our client is looking for:
* An experienced Site Manager in high volume housing.
* Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
* Driving forward progress on site.
