Site Manager



Our client is an established Construction company, based in Burton-Upon-Trent. Owing to a full order book and ongoing business they are eager to recruit a Site Manager to help run a new contract they have just secured in Burton. General duties will entail:
* General site management
* Health & Safety
* Management of all Subcontractors
* Assisting in the recruitment of site staff
* Ensuring project runs to budget and timeframe
* Addressing any concerns regarding attendance, disciplinaries etc
* Material and labour resources
* Producing and revising programmes
* Attendance at contract meetings
In order to fulfil this role, candidates should be experienced Site Managers with SMSTS qualification. Ideally, you should have experience of working for a general building contractor as opposed to a specialist and have excellent man management and communication skills. Someone who works to a high standard, taking pride in a quality finish would be ideal.
