The Role
My client are looking for a Site Manager/ Working Foreman with experience in Masonry and Building Refurbishment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a site and working on the tools.
The Company
A medium sized external refurbishment and restoration business. Projects typically range from 4 weeks to 6 months with an average value of approximately £200,000. Work is predominantly in London and inside M25.
Must have the following:
Previous Experience in building refurbishment and restoration
Masonry trade background (preferred)
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid at Work
Good Understanding of IT
Ensure that health and safety procedures and regulations are met.
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
