Surveying and Contracts Administrator – Hadleigh, Suffolk

Salary £22,000 – £26,000

Full Time – 41.5 Hour Basic Week – Monday to Friday

Orwell Consulting are recruiting for Surveying and Contracts Administrator on behalf of our well-establish client. The company offers bespoke joinery solutions for Commercial, Residential and Specialist projects.

They are looking to add a Surveying & Contracts Administrator to their Surveying team. The position is ideally suited to a well organised and proactive individual who is looking to learn and develop new skills. The role is fast paced, requiring the successful candidate to simultaneously manage multiple ongoing projects whilst supporting our project delivery teams.


* Maintain and update filing systems for the Surveyors/Project Managers. Helping develop and streamline systems and updating all Teams

* Book, prepare, attend, take minutes, update meeting notes on internal dashboards and transferring onto Procore

* Manage and update the Fareclock log in system for project sites

* Maintain Surveyors weekly calendar, whereabouts, holidays and distribute information

* Log project valuations, pay cert and payment dates on the SharePoint system

* Assist the Estimating Team when work overlaps, ensuring seamless transitions

* Issuing site instructions to Sub Contractors, updating and managing the Site Instruction Register


* Flexibility and ability to manage multiple workloads

* Able to work as part of a team or independently

* Similar / relevant experience

* Excellent written and communication skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft systems
