We have a fantastic role to join a National House Builder looking for a Technical Coordinator, do you have experience producing design and specification services for property.

We are looking for someone who is keen to join a company leading the sector to achieve net zero carbon and who is keen to lead on environmental innovation. You will also be responsible to produce detailed drawings, schedules and specifications.

Flexi workingResponsibilities

Monitor and manage the organisation's design type models within the database
Responsible for the preparation of detailed drawings, schedules and specifications for improvement schemes
Responsible for project managing ad-hoc minor schemes of work as directed
Undertake good quality written technical reports including detailed drawings
Ability to complete and submit planning and building regulation applications
Prepare and produce 3D rendered drawings and visualisations
Undertake a range of administrative and system maintenance duties to ensure that information is up to date, monitored and reported as required, including but not limited to system housekeeping tasks
Support management in the preparation of CPD seminars, exhibitions and consultation events
Provision of technical advice to internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:

Experienced in the effective use of appropriate IT and media (e.g. Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD (essential), and 3D building information modelling software such as Autodesk Revit and real-time rendering and visualisations plug-ins (desirable)
An awareness and understanding of National build
Degree (desirable) or HNC/HND level technical qualification in a relevant discipline coupled with an accredited AutoCAD qualificationIf you think you match the criteria and would like to find out more please call Lauren on (phone number removed)
