About Our Client:

They have been established and building homes within Oxfordshire for nearly 100 years! They typically deliver greenfield residential sites ranging from 10-200 dwellings, including 2-5 bed family homes and 1-3 bed apartments. This company pride themselves on how active in the local community they are and how they continually strive to donate and raise funds for good causes.

The Role:

A Technical Co-Ordinator or Technical Manager is required due to the recent award of multiple projects. This is a permanent role and is office-based with site visits. As a Technical Manager or Co-Ordinator your duties will include getting involved with pre-construction, section agreements and liaising with external clients. Live projects will include full technical co-ordination of design and packages. You will work closely with various teams within the business from Land through to Operations.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Experience working for a housebuilder (ideally volume) – Minimum 30-unit projects

* Experience working within a Technical Co-Ordinator or Technical Manager role

It is desirable to have:

* The long-term drive to develop your career within this business

* Further related education such as a degree within Architecture.
