Working on local projects including family homes and apartments ranging between 50 to 200 units per scheme you will enjoy a challenging workload.
In this unique opportunity your duties will include;
– Managing drawing information
– Overseeing section agreements to legal requirements
– Advising the construction team on technical matters
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Your cv will show that you have worked in a technical capacity within construction with a minimum o fan HNC within architectural technology or engineering. In order to be successful you will have an in depth knowledge of the building regs and have strong planning / organisation skills.
