Technical Support Manager



Do you have in depth knowledge of uPVC glazing products, have the ability to read design drawings and solve technical issues? If so our client is expanding and has a great opportunity for a Technical Support Manager to join their existing team within their Technical Department.
As a member of this highly technical team you will provide advice and solutions for all glazing products including Conservatories, Windows and Doors and act as an escalation point of resolution for complex and technical issues for both customers (fabricators) and internal staff. You will accurately interpret customer technical drawings and requests to help solve their complex technical questions and queries with the utmost accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and have a meticulous and flexible approach to their work. You must have previous experience working in a Technical Service role within the glazing industry and be proficient using Window Designer or other industry based processing software.
This role will be office based in Nottingham and the hours of work are 8.30am – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
