Trainee Recruitment Consultants



Due to expansion here at One Recruitment, we’re looking to invest in Trainee Recruitment Consultants who have a desire to join an established and expanding recruitment business.


An established recruitment business with additional offices in Scotland and Manchester with ambitious growth plans, we’re looking to add Trainees to our team who will work alongside our Construction Consultants and Divisional Manager and assist in their day to day operations.

Working across Construction and Industrial sectors with a number of clients ranging from multi-nationals to smaller dynamic firms, we possess a diverse & well-established customer base with a number of clients have partnered with us in excess of 15+ years.

You will be a determined person who wishes to enter the world of recruitment and who possesses a natural desire to engage people in conversation. It is preferable to have some understanding of the recruitment industry and consideration will also be given to those with previous recruitment experience. Working alongside an experienced team, you will initially assist in the day to day running of our temporary staffing sector which varies on a day to day basis and consists of a number of different tasks. Your primary focus will initially be business development, Canvassing businesses to ascertain their Recruitment needs, associated phone calls and paperwork, updating computer systems as well as receiving and acting on daily staffing requirements. As you develop, business relationships will become a larger part of the role and you will make regular and consistent contact with your networks. You will need to be a confident and articulate speaker with a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels. Detail is a large part of the role as is compliance and you will need to be super organised and possess an excellent ability to multi-task. Previous experience in a B2B environment would be beneficial but isn’t necessary. You will be naturally self-motivated & ambitious and keen to join a company that cares, looks after and considers their people. Continual improvement is part and parcel of our company as we look to grow our business and people and you’ll be required to attend training courses as well as certified development courses external from our offices.

Incremental annual leave beginning at 20 days + Uncapped Commission scheme enabling you to earn extra every month.

Core hours are 830am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
