What you'll be doing
As a/an Workforce Planner, you will have the following accountabilities:
* Ensuring employee details are entered accurately onto our system and updated as needed
* Ensuring project details are entered accurately onto our system and updated as needed
* Ensuring the systems integrity is maintained and all activities are compliant with all relevant legislation including GDPR
* Managing and/or supporting the administrative tasks associated with the employment, transfer and demobilisation of our workforce
* Understanding the composition and capability of the workforce and helping plan how employees are moved around the business as current projects come to an end and new projects start
* Provide visibility of our workforce to senior management through utilising the systems reporting tools; understanding which reports are most appropriate to use for the situation
* Understanding the data and developing the awareness to offer interpretation and advice in line with our strategic vision and aims
* Capturing agency use to provide visibility, evaluation of the service provided and cost control
* Arrange and participate in regular meetings with the COEs to understand changes within workforce which impact the shape of the business.
* Ad-hoc projects as required
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* Understanding of the importance of accurate data; pride in the quality and accuracy of the data
* Experience of regular and routine data entry
* Experience of multi-site complex organisations
* High degree of comfort with ICT systems and BI/MI reports
* History of building good relationships across different functions and levels of responsibility
* Familiarity with the M&E sector and the working rule agreements in operation within it
