Workshop Foreman – Leading Hire Company – Middlesbrough – Up to £29,000 per annum

An industry leading and long-established plant hire company is looking to recruit an experienced Foreman to be based from their depot in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.

As the Foreman you will be responsible for the smooth running of the workshop and managing a team fitters. This is a hands-on position and as well as supervising the workload of the fitters you will also need to assist with the servicing and maintenance of a varied fleet of plant as and when required.

You should have ideally worked your way up from a Plant Fitter to a Foreman / Supervisor level and ideally hold a qualification in Plant Maintenance or similar. You should have excellent IT, communication and management skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long established and expanding company, who will offer further training and overtime.

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum depending on experience, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
